Kirk Gould is the Founder and Director of the Greater Phoenix BPM Consortium, the Founder and President of Knowledge Jam Global, LLC, and a Senior Performance Consultant in the Center for Process Excellence at Pinnacle West Capital Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona. Kirk lives with his family in Scottsdale, Arizona. His interests are metrics, BPM, business operations, design, and music. Kirk has published two articles, one business book, and speaks several times a year at national and international BPM Conferences.
