Oscar Vincenti joined Cemex in 1996 after 12 years working in the Building Materials and Construction Business. Since then, Oscar has participated in many different integrations and ERP implementation Projects for Cemex

During the last 13 years he was responsible for the evaluation and adaptation of the business processes to the company's model across different countries, including the United States, Mexico, Egypt, Philippines, Venezuela, Colombia and other countries in the Caribbean and Latin America. During the last two years, Oscar Vincenti led the Process Design and Organizational Transformation Team in charge of adapting Cemex end-to-end processes to adopt a shared services model.

Oscar graduated in 1984 at Universidad Catolica Andres Bello in Venezuela as a Civil Engineer and has a Business Process Management Professional Certificate from Boston University
