Mark Melville is CEO of SteelTrace (www.steeltrace.com), a leading provider of business process modeling and capture tools. SteelTrace's suite of products dramatically increases the accuracy between customer requirements and system delivery.

Prior to SteelTrace, Mr. Melville was Vice President of Corporate Development at MobShop Commerce Technologies, a vendor of procurement software. As a member of the executive team, he was responsible for all partnering and channel activities. Mr. Melville also has many years experience working with F500 companies (Coca-Cola, AT&T, Alcan Aluminum, Southam) on a range of strategic and process initiatives.

Mr. Melville holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration degree from Harvard's JFK School of Government.
