Vinaykumar is the General Manager of BPM Practice at Satyam Computer Services, a global consulting and IT services organization. Vinaykumar has more than 13 years of experience in Consulting, IT services and Consumer products industries. Vinaykumar has handled varied roles in Practice management, global delivery management, pre-sales and Strategic Alliances.

He was instrumental in starting the BPM practice and driving the strategic alliance model, which today comprises of Pegasystems, Computer Associates, Global 360, Metastorm, Fujitsu and IDS Scheer.

He has worked with many large global companies in helping them define strategic roadmap for BPM, ECM, Portals and Collaboration, evaluating technologies and successfully implementing the programs. He has worked with the leading BPM and BRE vendors in establishing Centers of Excellence for leveraging technology investments by clients. He has driven major initiatives like industry solution frameworks, BPM methodology, BPM needs assessment framework, ROI model and Rules based BPM approach. He has extensive experience working with industries such as Insurance, Healthcare, Energy & utilities, financial services, manufacturing and telecommunications.

Prior to joining Satyam, He has worked with multiple consumer products industries in various capacities in marketing, product management and operations.
